It is a Quasi Banking Mutual Benefit Company with cooperative principles, registered under Section 406 of the Companies Act, 2013, and governed by RBI Nidhi rules.
Approved by the Govt. of India and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), we operate under the guidance of RBI and are empowered for deposit acceptance and lending activities. Our main aim is to promote self‑sustenance and social empowerment among poor and downtrodden families through financial inclusion, trust, and responsibility.
We mobilize member deposits for Gold Loans, Property Loans, Small Business Loans, and loans against deposits. Strong banking background and technical initiatives drive our commitment to leadership and confidence.

Smt. Syed Sharmila (Chairman)
Smt. Syed Sharmila is a Graduate and the main force behind the successful establishment of Raza Hindustan Nidhi Limited.
She is also a Director of S S Raza Micro Services Association. Her spirit of service from childhood helped her succeed in the competitive financial services sector.
Even with her family and professional responsibilities as Chairman, she has consistently helped the poor and needy, supported cultural activities, and actively participated in CSR.
She has conducted charitable initiatives such as assisting underprivileged students with educational support, conducting blood donation and medical camps, and supporting palliative care units.
To extend these efforts at the organizational level, she is planning to establish the Raza Charitable Trust to support needy and downtrodden communities.
Mr. Syed Gouse Basha (Managing Director)
Mr. Syed Gouse Basha, a Graduate, is the visionary behind the promotion and successful establishment of Raza Hindustan Nidhi Limited.
His vision, discipline, and hard work were the key driving forces behind launching the organization. He possesses 20 years of core banking and finance experience.
He has extensive knowledge in banking products, processes, marketing, sales, and branch network expansion. He has worked across multiple financial institutions and cooperative societies in various leadership roles.
He also serves as the Chairman of S S Raza Micro Services Association, which is expanding rapidly with notable customer growth and business volume.
With the vision of reaching people and providing high-quality financial services, he established Raza Hindustan Nidhi Limited in 2022.
Mr. Thotakura Yaswanth Kumar
Mr. Yaswanth Kumar is a Post Graduate with 10 years of experience in marketing, finance, and cooperative banking sectors.
He has worked in various verticals of banking, acquiring strong knowledge in products, processes, branch expansion, business development, and sales strategy.
His previous roles include State Head – Andhra Pradesh (Emerging Markets) in a Multi-State Credit Cooperative Society, overseeing branch operations across the entire state.
He also served as General Manager at S S Raza Micro Services Association before joining Raza Hindustan Nidhi Limited.
Presently, he is the Director & General Manager of Raza Hindustan Nidhi Limited. He ensures excellence in service delivery through a skilled team and modern infrastructure, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
